AI calls that qualify new leads while they're still interested
From ₹1 a minute at volume (₹1,00,000/month commitment), or ₹5 pay as you go, no commitment
₹1 is the T1 voice rate. On T1, Mirai phone calling (₹0.30/min) and call insights (₹0.20/min) are optional; T5 includes both. All prices exclude GST.
From ₹1 a minute on the volume plan (₹5 a minute pay as you go), an agent calls each person who fills your website or ad form, often within minutes during your calling hours, asks the three or four questions your sales team needs, and books a slot for a person to follow up. You get the answers as structured fields, a rating you define, and the booked slot. Your backend adds each lead to an open campaign as it arrives, so nobody has to watch the inbox.
No sign-up to look around.
On T1, per connected call
₹3for a 180-second call at ₹1/min
T1 has a ₹1,00,000 monthly commitment. Pay as you go on T5, the same call is ₹15.

How a call goes
A written example of the script, not a recording. Your agent says what your prompt tells it to, in your customer's language.
- Agent
नमस्ते Kunal जी, मैं Acme Homes की AI assistant Shruti हूँ। आपने अभी हमारी website पर Wakad project के बारे में enquiry की थी। दो मिनट बात कर सकते हैं?
Hello Kunal, I'm Shruti, Acme Homes' AI assistant. You just enquired about our Wakad project on our website. Can we talk for two minutes?
- Caller
हाँ, बोलिए, पर जल्दी।
Yes, go on, but quickly.
- Agent
ज़रूर। आप two BHK देख रहे हैं या three BHK?
Sure. Are you looking at a two-bedroom or a three-bedroom flat?
- Caller
Two BHK. Price क्या है?
Two BHK. What's the price?
- Agent
Two BHK अड़सठ लाख से शुरू होते हैं, final price floor और facing पर depend करता है। आप कब तक लेने का सोच रहे हैं?
Two BHKs start at 68 lakh; the final price depends on the floor and facing. When are you planning to buy?
- Caller
छह महीने के अंदर। Home loan भी लेना है।
Within six months. I'll need a home loan too.
- Agent
ठीक है। Site visit के लिए Saturday सुबह ग्यारह बजे या दोपहर तीन बजे slot खाली है। कौनसा ठीक रहेगा?
Okay. For a site visit, Saturday at 11 in the morning or 3 in the afternoon is open. Which suits you?
- Caller
तीन बजे।
Three o'clock.
- Agent
Saturday दोपहर तीन बजे, Wakad site. Booking हो गई है, हमारे sales manager आपसे एक दिन पहले बात करेंगे। धन्यवाद Kunal जी।
Saturday, 3 pm, Wakad site. It's booked, and our sales manager will speak to you a day before. Thank you, Kunal.
What you send
One row per person you call
Upload a CSV to a campaign, or send the same fields as call variables from your own system. The phone number comes first; the other columns are what the agent reads out or decides on.
| Column | Example | What goes in it |
|---|---|---|
phoneRequired | +91… | The number to call, with the country code (+91…). A ten-digit Indian mobile gets +91 added. In Excel, format this column as Text first so the number is not changed. |
customer_nameOptional | Kunal | — |
project_nameOptional | Wakad | — |
price_noteOptional | 2 BHK from 68 lakh, 3 BHK from 92 lakh; final price depends on floor and facing | The only prices the agent may quote. Everything else goes to your sales team. |
lead_sourceOptional | Google Ads lead form | Extra info for your reports. The agent doesn't need it. |
form_submitted_atOptional | 2026-10-16T17:42:00+05:30 | Extra info. Keep it with the lead: it's part of your record of when and how they asked. |
crm_lead_idOptional | L-20931 | Extra info, returned in every webhook. |
What comes back
The result of every call
Each call ends with one webhook event that carries the transcript and the result, and the campaign report has a row for every contact. These are the result fields an agent for this job fills in.
| Field | Example | What it means |
|---|---|---|
analysis.data.configuration | 2BHK | A field you define in the analysis schema. |
analysis.data.purchase_timeline | within 6 months | Yours to define, as free text or a fixed set of values. |
analysis.data.needs_loan | true | Yours to define. |
analysis.data.lead_rating | hot | A rating you describe in the analysis prompt, such as hot when they booked a visit and plan to buy within six months. |
tool_runs | book_site_visit · ok | Receipts for the on-call tools that checked and booked the slot in your system, from GET /v2/calls/{id}/tool_runs. |
metadata.crm_lead_id | L-20931 | Your CRM id, echoed back so the result lands on the right lead. |
Cost
What a 180-second call costs
Worked out from our price list. 180 seconds is our assumption for a typical connected call of this kind, not a measurement from your calls. Put your own volumes into the AI calling cost calculator.
| Tier | Rate | Per connected call | Per 1,000 connected calls | Monthly minimum |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| T1 | ₹1 / min | ₹3 | ₹3,000 | ₹1,00,000 a month |
| T3 | ₹3 / min | ₹9 | ₹9,000 | ₹50,000 a month |
| T5 | ₹5 / min | ₹15 | ₹15,000 | None |
- T5 and T3 include Mirai phone calling and call insights. On T1 they are optional: phone calling at ₹0.30/min and insights at ₹0.20/min. With both on, this call comes to about ₹4.50 on T1. Mirai phone calling is metered on the carrier's billing block, so treat that figure as an estimate.
- T1's ₹1,00,000 monthly minimum pays for 33,333 calls of this length; T3's ₹50,000 monthly minimum pays for 5,555 calls of this length. Monthly commitments are credited to your wallet. Unused credit never expires. Paid usage counts towards the minimum, and only a shortfall is settled at month end.
- Calls that ring out, are busy or fail to connect are not billed. A voicemail is billed like a connected call.
In detail
AI calls that qualify new leads while they're still interested: in detail
Why should the first call be an agent’s?
A web lead is warm for a short time. Someone who filled your form at 5:40 in the evening is still thinking about it at 5:45 and may be talking to two competitors by 8. Most sales teams can’t call every form within minutes, especially in the evening, on Sundays, or the day an ad campaign goes well.
The first call also asks the same few things every time: what are you looking for, what’s your budget or size, when do you plan to decide, can we book a visit or a demo. An agent asks them the same way on every call, records the answers in fields your CRM can sort, and hands the conversation to a person once there’s something worth a person’s time. This page uses a real-estate example; the same shape works for a B2B demo, a solar site survey or an interior design consultation.
Keep the call short. Three or four questions and a booking is a qualification call, and ten questions is an interrogation. If you need more, ask them on the follow-up.
How do you set it up?
- Write the agent’s prompt around your qualifying questions, one at a time, and give it a short list of facts it may quote, such as
{{price_note}}. Tell it to say that the team will confirm anything else. - Add two on-call HTTP tools pointing at your own system:
check_slotsto read open visit or demo times for a day, andbook_site_visitto book the one the lead picks. Set them to wait for the result, and give the agent a short line such as “एक second, देखती हूँ” to say while the lookup runs. - Add the
schedule_callbackbuiltin for leads who say “बाद में call करो”. - Turn on analysis with the fields your CRM wants, plus a
lead_ratingwhose meaning you spell out in the analysis prompt. - Test in the browser as a keen buyer, a price shopper and someone who filled the form by mistake.
- Create one always-on campaign with your calling hours, one retry about an hour later, and a budget. Have your form handler add each lead with
POST /v2/campaigns/{id}/contacts, putting the CRM id and form timestamp inmetadata. - Your webhook handler takes
call.processedand writes the answers, the rating and the booked slot to the lead.
You can also place a single call with POST /v2/calls the moment the form arrives. A single call has no calling window, though. It dials whenever you tell it to, so your own code has to keep it inside your hours. The campaign route does that for you and adds retries.
What should your sales team keep?
The sale itself. The agent qualifies and books; it shouldn’t negotiate a price, promise a discount, comment on loan eligibility or talk about possession dates it wasn’t given. Leads rated hot should reach a person the same day. Anyone who asked a question the agent couldn’t answer should get that answer from your team before the visit. The agent can’t transfer a live call yet, so a lead who insists on talking to someone now gets a callback promise, and the request shows up in the summary.
What should you check before you call leads?
TRAI’s Third Amendment to the TCCCPR, notified on 18 September 2026, recognises a relationship based on an inquiry for seven days after the inquiry, and only if it was made in writing or through digital means and is kept in a verifiable form by the sender. A form fill is a digital inquiry, so keep its record: the timestamp, the page or ad it came from, and the consent text the person saw. Calling the same lead weeks later, or calling a list you bought, needs a different basis, and you should settle it with your telecom provider or counsel.
The amendment also asks every sender to declare application-to-person calls, which covers software-placed calls with artificial voices, to its originating telecom provider in advance with the numbers it will use. Undeclared ones are treated as unsolicited commercial communication. It takes effect in stages after publication. Calling hours sit with you: check TRAI’s current rules and your consent records, then set the campaign window. We don’t scrub numbers against the national DND register.
What does a qualification call cost?
On T1 a connected minute costs ₹1 with a ₹1,00,000 monthly commitment, plus ₹0.30 for Mirai phone calling and ₹0.20 for call insights if you switch them on. On T5 it’s ₹5 a minute, pay as you go, with both included. Prices exclude GST. Connected time is billed and unanswered calls are free. The cost block assumes about three minutes of connected time, an estimate for four questions and a booking; a lead who says “not interested” costs a few seconds. Compare it with what a booked visit or demo is worth to you. Pricing has the plans, and the cost calculator takes your monthly lead count.

Questions
How quickly can the agent call after someone fills the form?
If your backend adds the lead to an always-on campaign while the calling window is open, the call is placed straight away, subject to your concurrency. A lead that arrives after hours is called when the window next opens.
Can it book the visit straight into our calendar or CRM?
Yes, through on-call HTTP tools that you point at your own system: one to read open slots and one to book. There's no built-in CRM connector, so your endpoint does the booking, and the call keeps a receipt of each request.
What if the lead asks something the agent doesn't know?
Give it a short list of facts it may use and tell it to say the team will confirm anything else. The question then shows up in the summary, so your sales team can answer it on the follow-up.
What if the lead is busy and asks to be called later?
Add the schedule_callback builtin. The agent asks for a time, reads it back, and books a new call to the same person. By default a callback can be between 30 minutes and 14 days ahead.
How can a qualification call cost ₹1 a minute?
₹1 a minute is the T1 voice rate, for teams that commit ₹1,00,000 a month, and the commitment is credited to your wallet. We can price it there because we run our own speech recognition, language model and voice on our own GPUs in India; owning the stack is how we keep a minute cheap at volume. On T1, Mirai phone calling adds ₹0.30 a minute (nothing from us if you bring your own Plivo number) and call insights add ₹0.20 a minute if you turn them on. Wallet credit never expires, though the commitment is a minimum monthly spend. A sales team trying it on one campaign's leads can start on T5 at ₹5 a minute, pay as you go, with phone calling and insights included. T3 is ₹3 a minute with a ₹50,000 commitment. Prices exclude GST.
