- Monthly commitments are credited to your wallet. Unused credit never expires. Paid usage counts towards the T3 and T1 minimums, and only a shortfall is settled at month end.
- T1's Mirai phone calling is metered on the carrier's billing block, so the T1 line is an estimate when it is switched on.
How the estimate works
The formula
The same rounding the bill uses: whole 10-second blocks for each connected call, then each call rounded up to the paisa. Rates are from our price list, updated .
Worked example

T1 is the cheapest tier at this volume. At 80-second calls, T1 costs less than T3 from 25,001 connected calls a month, and T3 costs less than T5 from 7,497. The 65,000 calls that did not connect cost nothing.
Questions
Are calls that nobody answers billed?
No. Calls that ring out, are busy, fail to connect, or that you cancel before they connect are not billed. A voicemail is billed like a connected call, because the call did connect.
Why are calls billed in 10-second blocks?
Each connected call is rounded up to the next 10 seconds, with a minimum of one block. A 35-second call is billed as 40 seconds. Rates are per minute, so one block costs a sixth of the per-minute rate, and each call is rounded up to the paisa.
What if we use less than the T3 or T1 minimum?
T3 and T1 are minimum monthly spend plans, funded upfront. Paid workspace usage counts towards the minimum; any unused minimum is settled from the wallet at the end of the billing month. Promotional credit does not count towards the minimum. Extra top-up credit carries forward. Existing agreements keep their recorded terms.
Is the phone line included?
T5 and T3 include Mirai phone calling and call insights. On T1 both are optional: Mirai phone calling at ₹0.30/min and insights at ₹0.20/min. Your own telco, WhatsApp and browser calls have no Mirai telco charge on any tier.
Do these prices include GST?
No. All prices exclude GST.
How exact is the estimate?
It uses our price list and the same rounding as billing, with your average call length standing in for every call. Real calls vary in length, so the bill moves a little. The charge on each call and your wallet ledger are what you actually pay.
