T3 and T1 are minimum monthly spend plans, funded upfront. Paid workspace usage counts towards the minimum; any unused minimum is settled from the wallet at the end of the billing month. Promotional credit does not count towards the minimum. Extra top-up credit carries forward. Existing agreements keep their recorded terms. Top-ups are available at the same rate.
Manage your balance in the console. If a campaign runs low, it pauses and resumes when you top up.
Each answered call rounds up to the next 10 seconds, with a one-block minimum. A 35-second call is billed as 40 seconds.

Completed conversations, voicemail and calls that reach the duration cap are billed.
Unanswered, busy, failed and cancelled calls are not billed. A call our pipeline breaks is not billed.
