Visiting the website

Cloudflare delivers this website and handles technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs to serve pages, prevent abuse and diagnose problems.

We store your cookie preference in your browser for up to 180 days. This necessary preference is separate from optional analytics. Your choice does not affect access to the website or browser demo.

Optional analytics and cookies

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Allow analytics, and only on our production website. It helps us understand page visits, button interactions, section reach, public audio playback, whether a browser demo connected and whether a meeting was confirmed through our embedded calendar. We do not send your demo audio, transcript, contact details, booking ID or appointment details to analytics.

With your permission, Google uses analytics cookies, including _ga and cookies beginning _ga_, to distinguish visits. We set their lifetime to 180 days; consent remains revocable. Google receives technical data to provide the service. Google Signals and personalised advertising are disabled in our website tag, and we do not load an advertising pixel or session replay tool.

Choose Reject optional to continue without analytics. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing permission removes this website’s analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the analytics runtime. Withdrawal does not undo processing that happened before you withdrew.

Trying the voice demo

The demo requests microphone access only after you choose Start conversation. If you allow access, your audio is streamed to our voice infrastructure to recognise speech and generate a spoken response. The selected voice, session details, transcripts and response timings are processed to run the conversation.

Demo recordings and transcripts may be retained for troubleshooting, evaluation and improving the service. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in the demo. End the call to stop microphone capture. You can also revoke microphone permission in your browser.

The voice processing infrastructure runs in India. This does not mean every website provider processes all data in India: Cloudflare, Google and Cal.com may process website or booking information in other countries.

Public voice samples are separate from the live demo. They play from files hosted with the site; playing a sample does not access your microphone.

Booking a call or contacting us

When you open Book a call, we load a calendar from Cal.com. Cal.com processes the booking details you provide, such as your name, email address and chosen appointment, under its own privacy policy. We use those details to arrange and respond to your meeting. We do not automatically load the calendar when you visit this website.

If you email us, we use your message and contact details to respond and manage that conversation. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep operational and contact information for the purposes described above, including resolving issues, responding to requests and meeting applicable legal obligations. Retention can differ between technical logs, demo sessions and customer correspondence. Email us for details about a particular interaction or to request deletion.

We may need information to verify your request. Tell us approximately when you used the demo or booked a meeting so we can locate the relevant record. We will explain if any information needs to be retained for security or legal reasons.

This notice covers the marketing website and its public demo. Use of the sandbox and API may involve additional account information, customer call data and separate service terms. Contact us for the terms and data processing details that apply to your use case.
