The terms for using our voice platform.

These terms cover the sandbox, the console and the API at voice.miraiminds.co. Creating an account or calling the API means you agree to them.

Last updated 24 October 2026.

Who we are

Mirai Minds LLP runs the service.

Mirai Minds LLP, 906 Sarthana Business Hub, Nana Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 395013, India ("we", "us") provides Voice Infra: AI calling agents, speech to text, text to speech and a language model API, through the console, the sandbox and the API (together, "the service").

"You" means the business or person who creates the account. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you can agree to these terms for it.

If you have signed an order form or agreement with us, it wins wherever it differs from these terms.

Your account

You look after your account and your keys.

Give us accurate company and billing details, and keep them current. Keep your API keys and sign-in links private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including calls placed with your keys.

If a key leaks, revoke it in the console and tell us at sneh@miraiminds.co straight away.

You may build products for your own customers on the service. You stay responsible for them, and for their use of anything you build on us.

Acceptable use

You decide who your agents call, and you answer for it.

You must have the right to call every number your agents call, and to process the data you give us about the people you call. Follow the telecom and consumer-protection rules that apply to you, including TRAI’s rules on commercial communication and the Do Not Disturb registry.

Tell callers what the law requires you to tell them, for example that a call is recorded. Get the consents you need before you call.

Do not use the service to:

  • deceive, defraud, threaten or harass anyone;
  • pretend to be a real person or organisation without their permission;
  • clone or imitate someone’s voice without their recorded consent;
  • make calls or process data that the law forbids;
  • overload, probe or try to break the service, or get around its limits or billing.

We may pause calling, campaigns or an account to stop abuse, answer a complaint from a regulator or a telecom operator, or limit legal risk. We will tell you why when we are allowed to.

Your data

Your callers’ data is yours. We process it to run your calls.

"Customer data" means what you and your callers put into the service: agent prompts, contact lists, call audio, transcripts, recordings, tool results and knowledge-base documents.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you are the Data Fiduciary for your callers’ personal data and we are your Data Processor. We process it on your instructions, to provide the service. Giving callers notice and getting their consent is your part.

We do not sell customer data and we do not use it for advertising. Our team opens it only to run, support, secure, fix or improve the service. Service providers that help us run it receive only what their part needs.

How a call is processed

Calls run on our own GPUs in India.

Speech recognition, the language model and the voice run on our own servers in India. The language model server does not log the text of prompts or replies. Its short-term cache lives in GPU memory and is overwritten as new requests arrive.

If one of our engines is slow or down during a call, a backup provider can take that turn so the call carries on. The backup receives only what it needs for that turn: the audio for speech recognition, the conversation so far for a reply, or the sentence to speak. Our backup is Sarvam AI, which processes in India.

Some choices send a call to another provider, because you made them. If you pick a third-party speech or language model for an agent, that provider processes its calls. A voice you create as an instant custom voice is spoken by Cartesia, outside India; our stock voices are not. Tools that draft an agent for you from a description, a recording or a sample call use external language models, and receive only what you give them for that draft.

Telephony runs through Plivo, or through your own carrier or WhatsApp account if you connect one.

The language model API keeps a log of your latest 1,000 requests: timings, token counts and the first 140 characters of the last user message. It does not store whole conversations or the model’s replies.

What we keep

We keep call records until you ask us to delete them.

For each call we keep the call record (numbers, status, duration and cost), the transcript, any analysis, and the recording when recording is on. We keep them for as long as your account exists. The console and the API show the last 12 months of calls.

You can turn recording off for a single call (recording_enabled: false) or for your whole workspace (ask us). Then no call audio is stored. The audio still flows live so the call can happen, and the text transcript is still kept.

You can ask us to delete calls, recordings and transcripts at any time, including when you close your account. Write to sneh@miraiminds.co and we will delete them within 30 days. We keep billing and tax records for as long as the law requires.

Recordings and per-call logs are currently stored with Hetzner in Finland. We are moving them to storage in India and will update this page when the move is done.

Our system logs can hold short fragments of a conversation, to help us debug calls. They are access-controlled and rotated.

Our privacy notice covers this website and its public demo.

Improving the service

We may learn from calls unless you opt out.

We may use customer data to test and improve the service, including our speech and language models. We never share one customer’s data with another customer.

To opt out, email sneh@miraiminds.co from your account’s email address. From then on, calls from your workspace are not used to improve our models.

Security

We protect your data and tell you if something goes wrong.

The API, the console and our storage use encrypted connections. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to run the service.

If a breach affects your customer data, we will tell you without undue delay, with what we know, so you can meet your own duties under the law.

Payment

You pay for what you use, at the prices on our pricing page.

Prices are on the pricing page or in your order form, and exclude GST. Usage is charged from your prepaid balance or plan as it happens. Paid credit does not expire.

Past payments are not refunded, unless the law requires it or we agree in writing. Free and promotional credit has no cash value and follows the terms of its offer.

We may change prices for future usage with 30 days’ notice by email or in the console.

AI and availability

AI agents can make mistakes, so test before you go live.

Agents, transcripts and analysis are produced by AI models. They can mishear, misstate or miss things. Test your agents, review what they do, and do not rely on them alone for emergencies or for medical, legal or financial decisions.

You are responsible for what your agents say and for the actions their tools take in your systems.

We work hard to keep the service up, but we do not promise an uptime level unless one is in a signed agreement. Features marked beta can change or stop. We may change or retire features, with reasonable notice when it affects live calls.

Who owns what

You own your data. We own the service.

You keep all rights in your customer data and your agent configurations. You allow us to use them to provide the service and, unless you opt out, to improve it as described above.

We keep all rights in the service, including our models, voices, software and documentation. You may use our voices only through the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

Liability

Our liability is limited.

As far as the law allows, the service is provided as is. Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claims about the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You will cover us against claims from third parties, regulators or telecom operators that arise from your calls, your content or your breach of these terms.

Ending and disputes

You can leave at any time.

You can stop using the service and close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account for unpaid charges, for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or when the law requires it.

Indian law governs these terms. The courts at Surat, Gujarat, have exclusive jurisdiction.

If we change these terms, we update this page and its date. For changes that matter, we tell you by email or in the console at least 15 days before they apply. Using the service after that means you accept them.

  1. AI agents from ₹1 a minute: on our volume plan, ₹1,00,000 a month. Pay as you go is ₹5 a minute. Prices exclude GST.
