AI feedback calls in Hindi after a delivery or service visit
From ₹1 a minute at volume (₹1,00,000/month commitment), or ₹5 pay as you go, no commitment
₹1 is the T1 voice rate. On T1, Mirai phone calling (₹0.30/min) and call insights (₹0.20/min) are optional; T5 includes both. All prices exclude GST.
From ₹1 a minute on the volume plan (₹5 a minute pay as you go), an agent calls a day after a delivery or a service visit and asks the customer for a score and the reason behind it, in Hindi, Hinglish or English, and keeps the reason in the customer's own words. You get the score as a number, the reason verbatim and a flag when the customer raised a problem someone has to fix. Results fill the campaign's report as calls finish, and each one also arrives at your webhook.
No sign-up to look around.
On T1, per connected call
₹2for a 120-second call at ₹1/min
T1 has a ₹1,00,000 monthly commitment. Pay as you go on T5, the same call is ₹10.

How a call goes
A written example of the script, not a recording. Your agent says what your prompt tells it to, in your customer's language.
- Agent
नमस्ते, मैं Acme Appliances की AI assistant बोल रही हूँ। कल आपके घर AC service हुई थी, उसके बारे में दो सवाल पूछ सकती हूँ? एक मिनट लगेगा।
Hello, I'm Acme Appliances' AI assistant. Your AC was serviced at home yesterday. Can I ask two questions about it? It'll take a minute.
- Caller
हाँ, पूछो।
Yes, go ahead.
- Agent
एक से पाँच में, आप कल की service को कितने number देंगे?
On a scale of one to five, how would you rate yesterday's service?
- Caller
तीन।
Three.
- Agent
तीन क्यों? क्या कमी लगी?
Why three? What was missing?
- Caller
Technician दो घंटे late आया, और cooling अभी भी पहले जैसी नहीं है।
The technician came two hours late, and the cooling still isn't what it used to be.
- Agent
माफ़ कीजिए। Cooling वाली बात मैं service team तक पहुँचा रही हूँ, वो आपसे संपर्क करेंगे। और कुछ बताना चाहेंगे?
I'm sorry. I'm passing the cooling issue to the service team, and they'll get in touch. Anything else you'd like to tell us?
- Caller
नहीं, बस इतना।
No, that's all.
- Agent
आपका feedback note हो गया। धन्यवाद, आपका दिन शुभ हो।
Your feedback is noted. Thank you, have a good day.
What you send
One row per person you call
Upload a CSV to a campaign, or send the same fields as call variables from your own system. The phone number comes first; the other columns are what the agent reads out or decides on.
| Column | Example | What goes in it |
|---|---|---|
phoneRequired | +91… | The number to call, with the country code (+91…). A ten-digit Indian mobile gets +91 added. In Excel, format this column as Text first so the number is not changed. |
customer_nameOptional | Meena | — |
service_typeOptional | AC service | — |
visit_dateOptional | yesterday | — |
job_idOptional | JOB-77310 | Extra info: returned in every webhook so a complaint can be tied to the job and the technician. |
cityOptional | Hyderabad | Extra info for slicing results. The agent never sees it. |
What comes back
The result of every call
Each call ends with one webhook event that carries the transcript and the result, and the campaign report has a row for every contact. These are the result fields an agent for this job fills in.
| Field | Example | What it means |
|---|---|---|
analysis.data.csat_score | 3 | An integer you define in the analysis schema, for example 1 to 5. Use 0 to 10 if you run NPS. |
analysis.data.reason_verbatim | Technician दो घंटे late आया, और cooling अभी भी पहले जैसी नहीं है। | The reason as the customer said it. Transcripts keep Hindi and Hinglish as spoken, with nothing translated. |
analysis.data.complaint_raised | true | True when the customer described a problem that needs action, as opposed to an opinion. |
analysis.data.complaint_topic | cooling not restored | A short label for your support queue. |
analysis.summary | Rated 3. Technician was two hours late; cooling still weak after service. | Ask for the summary in English in the analysis prompt if your team reads English, while the verbatim field stays as spoken. |
metadata.job_id | JOB-77310 | Your job reference, unchanged. |
Cost
What a 120-second call costs
Worked out from our price list. 120 seconds is our assumption for a typical connected call of this kind, not a measurement from your calls. Put your own volumes into the AI calling cost calculator.
| Tier | Rate | Per connected call | Per 1,000 connected calls | Monthly minimum |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| T1 | ₹1 / min | ₹2 | ₹2,000 | ₹1,00,000 a month |
| T3 | ₹3 / min | ₹6 | ₹6,000 | ₹50,000 a month |
| T5 | ₹5 / min | ₹10 | ₹10,000 | None |
- T5 and T3 include Mirai phone calling and call insights. On T1 they are optional: phone calling at ₹0.30/min and insights at ₹0.20/min. With both on, this call comes to about ₹3 on T1. Mirai phone calling is metered on the carrier's billing block, so treat that figure as an estimate.
- T1's ₹1,00,000 monthly minimum pays for 50,000 calls of this length; T3's ₹50,000 monthly minimum pays for 8,333 calls of this length. Monthly commitments are credited to your wallet. Unused credit never expires. Paid usage counts towards the minimum, and only a shortfall is settled at month end.
- Calls that ring out, are busy or fail to connect are not billed. A voicemail is billed like a connected call.
In detail
AI feedback calls in Hindi after a delivery or service visit: in detail
Why ask for feedback on a call?
Feedback forms by email or WhatsApp mostly reach the people who like filling in forms. A short call in the customer’s language reaches a wider group, and it gets you the part that’s hard to collect any other way: why they gave the score, said in their own words. “Technician दो घंटे late आया” is something an operations manager can act on, and a 3 out of 5 on its own isn’t.
A survey call also turns up problems that are still open. The customer who rates you 3 because the AC still isn’t cooling has a service issue waiting on you, and the call just found it. The agent flags that case separately so it reaches a person, while the score goes into the report with the others.
Surveys are the call where an agent’s consistency matters most. Every customer hears the same question in the same order with no leading follow-up, which keeps the scores comparable across cities, technicians and months.
How do you set it up?
- Write a short prompt: the AI disclosure, permission for two questions, the score question, one “why” follow-up, and a thank-you. Tell the agent never to argue with a score or explain the customer’s experience away.
- Turn on analysis with
csat_scoreas an integer with a minimum and maximum,reason_verbatim,complaint_raisedandcomplaint_topic. In the success criteria, say a call succeeds when a score was given. - Add a post-call HTTP tool with a condition on
analysis.data.complaint_raisedthat opens a ticket in your helpdesk with the job id and the summary. The tool runs only when the condition holds. - Test in the browser as a happy customer, an angry one and someone who only wants to complain about the price.
- Upload yesterday’s completed jobs or deliveries as a campaign, with the job id and city as extra info. A sample is enough; you don’t need to call everyone.
- Read the campaign’s Insights tab as results come in. Download CSV gives one row per contact with the score, the summary and the transcript, which goes straight into a spreadsheet for a weekly review.
What should a person still handle?
Every complaint the agent flagged should get a human callback, and soon, because the customer was just told someone would get in touch. So should any 1 or 2 rating, even without a complaint. The agent can’t transfer a call to support, which is why the flag and the post-call ticket matter: they turn “मैं team तक पहुँचा रही हूँ” into something that happens.
What should you check before you call?
A feedback call about a service the customer received sits close to the service-call description in TRAI’s Third Amendment to the TCCCPR, notified on 18 September 2026. That text covers information about a product or service the customer bought and says such calls aren’t promotional and don’t need explicit consent. Whether a survey counts as a service call in your case is worth confirming with your telecom provider, and a survey that ends with an offer is promotional either way. The same amendment asks senders to declare software-placed and artificial-voice calls to their originating provider in advance, with the numbers they’ll use.
If you record, say so in the opening line. Check TRAI’s current rules and your consent records before you set calling hours, and put anyone who asks not to be surveyed again on your do-not-call list.
What does a survey call cost?
On T1 a connected minute costs ₹1 with a ₹1,00,000 monthly commitment, plus ₹0.30 for Mirai phone calling and ₹0.20 for call insights if you switch them on. On T5 it’s ₹5 a minute, pay as you go, with both included. Prices exclude GST. Connected time is billed and unanswered calls are free. The cost block assumes about two minutes connected, an estimate for two questions and a short reason; a customer with a complaint talks longer, which is usually the call you most wanted. Size the sample to the decisions you’ll make from it. Pricing has the plans, and the cost calculator takes your sample size.

Questions
Will people actually answer a survey call?
Some won't, and we can't promise a response rate. You pay only for calls that connect, the campaign retries the unanswered ones if you allow it, and the report shows how many you reached. Keeping the call to two questions helps people say yes to it.
Can it run an NPS question from 0 to 10?
Yes. Write the question in the prompt the way your customers would hear it, then define the score as an integer from 0 to 10 in the analysis schema. The reason question works the same either way.
Is the customer's reason translated?
No. The transcript keeps Hindi, Hinglish and English as they were spoken, and a verbatim field in your schema keeps the customer's words. You can ask for the summary in English while the verbatim field stays as said.
How do we avoid surveying the same customer twice?
The console has an option to skip numbers already reached in an earlier campaign. It skips anyone who answered any of your earlier campaigns, so turn it on only when that's what you want. Otherwise de-duplicate the list before upload. Within one campaign a number is called once.
How can a survey call cost ₹1 a minute?
₹1 a minute is the T1 voice rate, for teams that commit ₹1,00,000 a month, and the commitment is credited to your wallet. We can price it there because we run our own speech recognition, language model and voice on our own GPUs in India; owning the stack is how we keep a minute cheap at volume. On T1, Mirai phone calling adds ₹0.30 a minute (nothing from us if you bring your own Plivo number) and call insights add ₹0.20 a minute if you turn them on. Wallet credit never expires, though the commitment is a minimum monthly spend. A first survey sample can run on T5 at ₹5 a minute, pay as you go, with phone calling and insights included. T3 is ₹3 a minute with a ₹50,000 commitment. Prices exclude GST.
